A true indoor/outdoor room in Chickbalapur Farmhouse in Balgalore, India. Photo: Roy Sinai, Flickr

Roy Sinai, the photographer who shot this photo, is living a dream. On a sabbatical from corporate life in Bangalore, India, he's getting to practice his skills in a beautiful part of the world. Bangalore is India's third most populous city and the capital of the Indian state of Karnataka. The climate in Bangalore is lovely, anywhere between 54 degrees in the winter and in the 90's in the summer. I spotted this amazing dreamscape that Sinai photographed for India's Inside Outside magazine. "This home is a recently built 'farm house' -- the equivalent of house in the Hamptons -- designed by prominent Bangalore architects," says Roy.

The bedroom immediately caught my eye. I can just imagine taking an afternoon nap on that big bed with the soft breeze coming in through the open doors. The entire open wall serves as the focal point in the room as well as the only artwork visible in the photo -- who needs anything else when you've got a view like that?

The vibrant red paint on the walls is a perfect contrast to the neutral colors in the rest of the room, as well as the blue-green water of the enticing pool. The sheer drapes allow for some privacy, but otherwise just catch a breeze.
