Confession: My Connecticut roots are showing. For months now, every piece of clothing that I have purchased is white, navy or khaki. I recently bought my
fifth striped t-shirt. Something about the classic look of preppy clothes speaks to me right now, in particular anything with a nautical feel to it.
Before I buy one more sailor shirt, I figured I might look to nautical-themed home accessories to satisfy my fix. So I poked around to see what I could find. Here are six items I'd love for my own home (or for my imaginary beach cottage).
Above is a cute canvas and rope canopy from Pottery Barn Kids.
