We love this room for its basic neutral elements that serve as a backdrop to the vibrant pops of blue and green. Yet despite all the neutrals, this room is far from bland. Why? Because of all the rich texture he brings in – velvet on the sofa and pillows, linen armchairs, faux finish wall, a detailed Moroccan-style side table, and subtle b&w prints mixed with a muted abstract painting.
While Roop uses mostly one-of-a-kind furnishings (wouldn't that be nice?!) and his designs are those that grace the pages of high-end interior design magazines, his vision can inspire a stroke of creative genius in your own home. We did the leg work to help you get started and here are the products we came up with. Use these in your home to get a similar look but with an affordable price tag.
