Fashion's James Perse's Furniture Line

If a jersey dress could be a sofa, what would it be? James Perse, who's known for churning out the former, has answered that question with his capsule collection of indoor and outdoor furniture. The L.A.–based fashion designer's casual, non-fussy aesthetic is mirrored in this line with low-slung outdoor chaises and loosely slipcovered linen sofas.

But don't translate casual for messy. Like in his clothing line, the pieces are all basics, but ultra-glamorous ones at that. Materials like white oak and Belgian linen abound giving the line an edge of luxe. And each piece seems thoughtfully produced and perfectly executed -- making them worthy of a splurge.

All are available at the namesake stores in California (where there are five); New York; Aspen, Colorado; and Las Vegas, Nevada.
