LOL, too funny, you made my day with this one. I agree, your life is what you make of it and she seems to have made the best of it, unlike some that sit back and expect "whitey" to hand them everything on a silver platter.
It's very cute, but it is so small. She has been making movies for 30 years. You would think it would like Babra Walters, one time described like "living in a museum".
ReplyI hope your taste is different from your neighbor. Why does she need he museum decorative style when that is not her style. Be for real, don't get on here saying any stupid thing. Why would anyone like to live in a museum like house. A home should be clean, yet comfortable and engaging, not boring with silence. Get a little red mud on the white carpet. Not have a fit if a scratch gets on the glass floor and the owner nearly has a heart attack because of it. Say something sensible your brainless idiot. Whoopi's place -----I love it love it love it.

ReplyI think it's very cold and ugly. I'm actually surprised! I thought Woopie would have a more warm and cozy place with lots of interesting materials, historical pieces and designs. This looks ultra cold world millennium modern with ancient African art. Yuk. By the way, is she actually from Africa? I'm not being racist, I'm curious. I'm gay but I don't have naked men kissing each other hanging up as art as most of the gay community does. My profile is a part of me including my race and sexual orientation. I have my own personal taste in art that does not reflect just those facts.

ReplyNothing "cheap" about Whoopi. She is not a material minded person, she doesn't dress like a skank, and she is comfortable with herself. She is intelligent and self-made. Nobody "took care" of her, or sculpted her in a studio. The Spook Show (which she wrote and starred in in the way-back days) on HBO was genius. My grandmother liked her, my mother liked her, they were pretty good at judging bulls**t. However, most stupid people don't like her, as they don't 'get it' and never will.
