We've seen the
purses and
myriad accessories, not to mention the jewelry, beach towels and the iconic luggage. But there's a new kid in town -- and they've taken the logo to new extremes. Hello,
Louis Vuitton paint job!
The owner of this house in Mexico (
anonymously posted on Facebook, via Freshome), took a tiny nondescript facade and turned it into a massive tribute to the French label. We're guessing that stencils were used together with the trademark brown-and-gold paint to recreate the company's insignia, a process which undoubtedly was
very time-consuming.

Seems like that patience really paid off. The results are decidedly true to the original pattern. And aren't you just
dying to know who lives here? Is it a housewife devoted to reading
Women's Wear Daily? Or a graphic artist dying to be the next
Stephen Sprouse?
Now if they'd only do something about that chain link fence. Photo: Freshome
But all things considered, could this be a glamourous pad where Kanye West would rest his head? Or is it a leftover from the bygone days of conspicuous consumerism? You decide.

ReplyLiving in a Thomas Kinkade-designed house that looks like one of those tacky, hotel-room pictures is equally horrible.
