The line will feature well-known classic prints, hidden gems from the archive as well as new designs. "The wallcovering collection brings Marimekko designs into a new, yet so natural, product category, which fits perfectly with our comprehensive lifestyle thinking," Mika Ihamuotila, President and CEO of Marimekko, explained recently. "Together with Sirpi, we can bring even more joy and beauty into people's everyday lives."
I have to say, I'm especially excited for this launch not only because I'm a big Markimekko fan, but because as of late, I've become a big fan of wallpaper!

Marimekko has always been my favourite, and am so, so, so excited that they are coming to Canada. Its like Scandinavian design, but with personality too!!! Wallpaper is such a good way to bring life to a room, and these prints are the best. Cant wait! Sign me up!
