The DC25 Blueprint vacuum from Dyson could be yours--for free! Photo: Dyson
WE'RE SORRY, BUT THIS GIVEAWAY IS OVER. CHECK BACK SOON FOR ANOTHER GREAT GIVEAWAY.
We got our hands on a brand new Dyson DC25 Blueprint vacuum and we're going to give it to one of you just in time to get you started cleaning for the holidays. Nevermind that the new model looks like something out of Men In Black--Dyson says this is a significant piece for innovation for the company.
(Not that we recommend drawing conclusions from price tags, but it's worth noting that this vacuum sells for $529.99, definitely out of lots of people's price ranges.)
The limited-edition Blueprint vacuum has a wand that extends to 14.5 feet to reach ceiling corners and a flat head that makes it easier to clean under low furniture. A Hepa filter traps allergens. And thanks to the debris bin and washable filters, you'll never have to buy another vacuum bag.
It's got a 5-year warranty and has been certified asthma and allergy friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.

lowes, mostly because it's right around the corner
ReplyI enjoy Target and Crate & Barrel like anyone would - but some of my best shopping is done at thrift stores and vintage shops. Not only do these items steer me clear of the "staged" feel that some homes have, but it is good to reuse and repurpose items that would otherwise be discarded.
Replykirklands it my favorite
ReplyHome Decorator's Collection can have some great bargains & napastyle.com also has an interesting clearance bin, as does the Sundance catalog. Both of the latter have wonderful wood furniture collections.

I have great luck at both Ross and TJ Maxx, but antique stores, flea markets and yard sales generally yield my most treasured home decor items!
ReplyKeeping my fingers crossed on the Dyson...
JCPenneys and Target are 2 of my favorites. I also like Seasonal Concepts for holiday decor.
ReplyIt is really hard to say as I live in the middle of nowhere with the nearest anything 90 minutes away... So I do alot of shopping online at Ebay and Amazon. Have to say that alot of things come thru amazon from Target so I would say target.
ReplyThank you.

My favorite stores would be: Target, Mod Livin' (local store), Crate & Barrel, West Elm
ReplyAs weird as it might sound, my first stop is always Home Depot. If I can't find what I need there, I head over to Kohls or Penneys.

ReplyI love the unusual or one of a kind items so I relish yard sales, flea markets, good will and those sorts of places to find those rare odd pieces or that vase that compliments a room. I'm never disappointed!
ReplyMy favorite store to get home goods is at Bed Bath and Beyond. They have everything a home needs!
ReplyCanadian Tire, Home Depot and Ikea are good for home decor items, thanks.
