Lindsay Lohan's New Condo and the House She Left Behind

Lindsay Lohan and her on again/off again lady-friend Sam Ronson both recently moved from their leased houses in the Beachwood Canyon area of Los Angeles and into leased condos at the very same West Hollywood high-rise building where Nicole Richie once owned multi-million dollar digs.

Sam's previous place on Beachwood Canyon Drive – currently available for lease at $4,350/month – was the sordid scene of many screaming fights between the two drama queens that had the neighbors calling in the po-po on a regular basis. Lindsay's former leased crib on El Contento Drive is also up for rent with an eye popping $8,900/month price tag. Now anyone can get their celebrity on and live like a once promising and self-defeating starlet who is, let's be honest, quickly sliding down into the ugly terlit of obscurity.

However, renter be warned. Lindsay Lohan's former neighbors are all kinds of bitter over her action packed stay in the 'hood and are hoping for a much more considerate and quiet tenant, preferably one that doesn't get followed by a fleet of paparazzi. One neighbor who called the police more than once regarding Lindsay Lohan's late night activities grumbled, "While we didn't appreciate the large numbers of paps clogging up the narrow street, ultimately they were far more considerate than Lindsay, who regularly blasted music at 2, 4 and 6am. Even worse, she often ignored police requests to quiet down, turning the music up higher than pre-complaint levels before the officers made it back to their cruisers. She was a self-centered nightmare and I'm glad she's gone."

A very reliable source revealed that both Lindsay Lohan and her on again/off again lady-friend Sam Ronson now occupy separate apartments in the same West Hollywood high-rise condo building. The building offers the two pap magnets better security, including doormen and an underground parking garage for entering and exiting the building without having 49,000 photos taken. The building also offers the pin-thin women a fitness center and a swimming pool and large grassy area on the roof.

Lindsay Lohan left behind this gorgeous hillside home. Although her former 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom Spanish-style casa sits tight to the winding canyon road at the front of the property, the back opens up to canyon views and tumbles down to lushly planted gardens with multi-level decks, private patios and secluded spots for hiding out from the prying eyes of the paps.

An antique carved wooden gate opens from the driveway into a narrow walled and lushly planted courtyard that runs along the front of the house. The tiled courtyard is where three burglars were caught on tape, first knocking on the front door and then breaking into the house and absconding with a number of valuable items.
