Isn't she a beaut? Photo: Residential Properties Ltd.
Anyone have a spare $500K and a desire to start a Rhode Island-based renovation project? Come on...you know you want to. I can't take my eyes off this
gorgeous Victorian gem located in Providence, RI and I've found myself dreaming of owning an East Coast bed and breakfast ever since. A former doctor's office, the home is located on a busy street and would bring in quite the foot traffic. Of course, a few minor changes would need to be made:

I'd actually leave the heavy wallpapering and coordinating curtains, as I love a good patterned wall -- especially in an over-the-top entryway. What I don't love? Over-sized furniture in tiny rooms. Take the below spare bedroom, for instance. The room isn't tiny, but it feels miniscule with a queen-sized bed and large dresser tucked into the corner. Instead, why not double the size of the room with small scale furniture and ditch the dresser? I'm envisioning a
low daybed with
smart storage in the closet. Some
pinch pleated curtains will create the coziest atmosphere for the perfect napping experience!

Can't you imagine falling asleep here? Lovely, simple and perfectly scaled. Much better!
