The domestic diva gets strip workout lesson from the S Factor's founder

For those people who think Martha Stewart is a no-fun, ice queen, I say watch Martha pole dance -- this is a woman with a sense of humor. For her latest exercise-themed show, Martha invited Sheila Kelley, founder of the S Factor, one of the original pole dancing and striptease workouts, to give an on-air lesson.

In a promo clip for The Exercise Show, Martha tells viewers, "Move over machines and weights, and say hello to the pole. That's right...your workout is about to take a surprisingly sexy turn." What Martha promises, she delivers.

In a clip from the segment, we see Martha and Shelia grinding to some boom-chick-a-boom-boom, porno-worthy music. Then Sheila hops up to the pole, dancing around it languidly in a "slow walk" as a warm-up to more complicated moves. Martha follows Sheila's lead and tells her, "I want to do the upside down things!" Sheila replies, "I'm going to be back next week to teach Martha this." Sheila then hoists her body into an impossible looking upside down pretzel contortion on the pole. Martha demurely declines the opportunity to try it herself, but says "next week" she'll try. Sheila, our DVRs are ready for that lesson.

Readers, be warned, pole dancing can be dangerous. A New York woman recently filed a lawsuit against the Crunch fitness center chain after incurring injuries in a Crunch pole-dancing class in June. Follow Martha's lead and work up to the more challenging moves slowly.

If you want to try it at home, you can purchase a pole and an instructional video from the S Factor. When installing any strip tease pole in your home be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions to the letter, and always test your pole before a session of spinning.
