ANSWER: Alec Baldwin

Property records show that in the spring of 2005, Alec Baldwin scooped up the 22nd floor of one of the two towers in the iconic Eldorado building on the corner of West 90th Street and Central Park West. The full floor, park-view aerie has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, plus a staff room and bathroom located at the back of the apartment behind the kitchen.

Other deluxe amenities include a private elevator landing, small library and large living room with wood-burning fireplace. And then there's the dining room and eat-in kitchen with double exposures, 15 closets including five walk-ins, windowed bathrooms -- a rare luxury in New York City -- and that ladylike master bedroom surrounded by built-in closets and cabinetry.

The suave but goofy 30 Rock actor sold the apartment in December of 2009 for an unknown amount of money.

Baldwin's neighbors included Prairie Home Companion curmudgeon Garrison Keillor and Moby, briefly, who bought and quickly sold a quirky quadruplex in August of 2008. Past residents of The Eldorado include a large number of famous folks such as Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollen, Faye Dunaway, Richard Dreyfuss, and Bianca Jagger.

It's not currently known where Baldwin plans to move, but he's been frequently spotted around New York touring pricey properties in celeb-friendly buildings like the Apthorp and the Dakota. Most recently he was seen arriving on his bicycle to tour an elegant $8.5M apartment on East 70th Street.
