The simplest way to describe the home of Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman? It looks nothing like how we'd imagine the homes of their TV alter egos -- Will & Grace's catty Karen and Parks and Recreation's misanthropic Ron. Electric colors anchored by white walls and neutral furnishings keep the West Hollywood duplex feeling friendly, fresh and completely welcoming.
While it seems like a far cry from their characters' tastes, it captures their real lives perfectly -- a fitting accomplishment for two people so involved in the decorating process. While Mullally took the reins on the project before bringing on designer Ames Ingham, Offerman contributed a few pieces of the wood furniture he builds at his firm devoted to "wood-related merriment", the Offerman Woodshop.
And while Mullally isn't officially in the interior design business, it may be in her future. "If I had to pick a second career, this would be it," she said. "I felt such a void in my life after finishing this house. We're toying with the idea of Ames hiring me as an assistant."

You have a computer, you have internet, make it work for you. Get an Ebay store, or learn how to do graphics and make your own business. Use what you got Jenny. And kick your lazy son and wife out.
ReplyJenny I feel sorry for you and hope things change for you.
ReplyBack to comments about Nick and Megan's house. I went to school with Nick, he's really a great guy. His house looks beautiful and he deserves it.
Jenny, you had me going at first........until you said your "wife" and son slept on the porch in the summer. Think you are pulling our leg!!
ReplyI love these two stars... especially Megan Mullaly, who is incredibly funny and a sheer delight to see in action. What a gorgeous home--so simple and tasteful, and really appreciate the eclectic art collection. The pool would be a wonderful place to cool off and sip an ice cold martini. :)
ReplyDidn't her husband once play a plumber in an episode of Will&Grace? Karen came onto him and he didn't know what to make of it!
ReplyJenny, be glad that you have a heart and you and your family, at the least, live under a roof......so many are now living in Tents or in the Las Vegas Underground Tunnels. I cannot believe that this IS the United States of America. I do not think folks need to say YAY or NAY about God to Jenny. Jenny needs encouragement and appreciation that SHE is JENNY. We are all here to live and to love......as in Be Here Now.....take one day at a time, and find one small blessing a day for you and your family. And keep sharing the love. Folks who are so quick to protelisize about God or No God....shessh Jenny was just sharing and making a comment. She has that right. And Jenny I fully agree with you that IT WOULD BE SO VERY KIND if the money was more equally distributed. But we live in a Corporate, Capitalistic, Greedy, Theocracy of WORD only, not Action. Namaste.
Replybread by the sweat of ur brow now go figure out what that means
ReplyJenny, God Bless your generous caring heart. "Thy Will Be Done."...I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Thats the best present anyone has to offer another. Charles in L.A.
ReplyYou DONT tell someone that theyre going to hell!! GOD loves us ALL!! Black, white, gay ,straight, Believer and Non!! WE ARE ALL of GOD!!! Those who are hurting, remain optomistic!!!Use ALL resources!!LOVE TO ALL!!
ReplyI want to hear more about Jenny's WIFE that sleeps on the porch with her son.
ReplyAlrighty then, just who the hell are these people? If they were really famous I'm sure I would have heard of them, after all I heard of Justin Timberlake and I'm not sure he's famous just 'cause I heard of him.
ReplyASK GOD TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR SITUATION. NOTHING IS TOO BIG FOR HIM. ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD. HE LOVES YOUAND WANTS TO HELP YOU. JUST ASK HIM. BLESSINGS, BRENDA
ReplyIs Jenny a man or woman? I thought it would be a woman but then he/she says the wife is sleeping on the porch. I know that is a small problem in that post but I just wondered. Oh and I do have compassion but there's no such thing as that many typos. Jenny probably doesn't have a computer, he/she is probably at the public library.
ReplyI love her hair. Wonder, If she uses Attitude For Hair Brazilian Keratin Straightener. She is very tasteful. love the photo of the 2. Thanks
ReplyA one bedroom house with internet access.
ReplyI thought this article was about home decor. I guess I'm wrong.
Replyjen,
Replystill waiting.
I agree but maybe if you remembered about public places with internet and computers such as the library and some postal service buildings. So, dont always jump to conclusions it bites you in the ass sometimes making you look like a jerk even though you might not be
ReplyJust keep waiting because Obama, the saviour, is coming with checks to pay for your rent, electricity , food, and gas.............just keep hanging in there because he is a-coming !!!! But if he never shows up, remember that if you ever vote again.
ReplySpare me. Sell crazy elsewhere else babe, we're all booked up here. And leave Mike alone. The only thing he may be guilty of is not sticking to the original focus of this fragmented version of hell...IT'S INTERIOR DESIGN, PEOPLE...GET OVER YOURSELVES.
