In 2008, a year after Ryan Phillippe's divorce with America's sweetheart (and current Glamour cover girl!) Reese Witherspoon, the actor purchases a five-bedroom "Zen Palace" in the Hollywood Hills. Now Phillippe has put the place on the market and ShelterPop has a first look at the property. Does this decision have anything to do with the curly-topped MacGruber actor's recent night out with Amanda Seyfried? We won't dish dirt on his personal life, but we're happy to snoop around inside. Join us, please? It's free to look but if you want to buy, we hope you have $7,450,000 handy for this 7,447 square foot home.

I think the home he is selling is inviting, comfortable and is not decorated in a outlandish style like so many houses in that area. I know why he is an Eagles fan. He is from Delaware. I am too, and would volunteer to decorate his new home since that is what I do for a living !!!! I didn't say it would
be gratis!!!!! LOL
Fabulous looking house! Can not get enough of the way they mixed a hint of some tuscany type with modern lines to make this house look like a villa on tech steroids! Wish I had the money to sink on it! Though the bedrooms get a little plain. Save up my money and maybe who knows one day!
ReplyLove the Asian theme- problem is- why, prey tell, would ANYONE need so much space to live in- so so much waste of land, resources, space, etc.......Try a more conservative sq. footage and it would be Shangri-la, for most of us. No ONE needs extravagances- worse, when we're sitting squarely- in a totally tanked RE economy.... Sad, really. Hope it sits for a long while..... only to be picked up at bargain basement price- by, who else, an Asian- 'investor' with billions to burn. Great, eh?
ReplyI think what you need to do is to get a life and let other live theirs
One of these things is not like the other... The bedroom pic made me laugh...it looks like a college dorm room (except for the balcony)!
ReplyHELLOOOOOOOO.........................can't you see that the house has been staged for sale. The house you never be that spotless without a thing out of place if it were not staged for the photoshoot. The American public is sooooooooooooooo gulible.
This site shows his son's room as the master bedroom. You can see the whole house on other real estate sites. His bedroom is gorgeous but very austere. His daughter's room is very, very sweet and stylish for a child's room.
Beautiful home, But yessssssssss the bedroom is screaming, Whoever decorated the rest of the home "Come Back And FINISH The Job", That's why he wants to sell, the bedroom should have been first & foremost, "The Passage To Happiness/Pleasure" hellooooooooooooooo "!
ReplyVery nice place. I give him bonus points for being an Eagles fan too. Go Eagles!!
ReplyAre you sure the Eagles room isn't his son's room? Does not look like a master bedroom to me. Looks like a kids room.
ReplyHe new castle boy from Delaware know him from school when he was a kide good man. a son like his dad team go eagles
Now if it came fully furnished... That'd be epic. I love how they have the rooms set up. It's a beautiful house.
ReplyThat is clearly not the master bedroom. If you look at the link to the actual listing you can see the master and it's beautiful. How do these people keep making huge mistakes in these articles?
ReplyI have been saying the same thing. How do these writers get away with this and still keep their jobs between the misinformation and the misspellings.
No clue. I would like to have a crack at this job. I would at least do my due dilligence and CLICK on the page to which I was linking. *smh
Great house...no surprise this used up douche bag is selling it...I doubt he can afford to pay the electricity bill on what he makes anymore...Enjoy your new studio apartment, asswipe!!!!
ReplyI would not pay the price! The place has no warmth to it. It's to sterile. If I were to enter this house, I would be so uncomforable and would be afraid to touch anything!
ReplyIf I had that kind of money, I sure wouldn't live in the LA area. What a joke.
ReplyIve seen better for a lot less money
Replybeautiful home.! does anyone know how ryans' mom is? had the wonderful opportunity to meet the family in a phillies box
