In Random Recast, we give ordinary things a more stylish second life. This week: Egg cartons.
When we saw the colorful bouquet at right, we couldn't quite believe it was made from egg carton cups. The blooms looked like a high-end take on origami, or perhaps papier-mache sculptures. But instead, it's just a matter of clever cutting and paint to take the egg cartons cups to a whole new level.
Even better: The cost per bouquet is around $3 per dozen. For the complete tutorial, visit Intimate Weddings.

Speaking of recycling,
ReplyI see foods and juices packed in glass, aluminum, plastic, tin cans, needless colored flyers that arrive in my mail box twice a day.
I go to trash a stack of cardboard only to find TV sets, lamps, garbage, broken up furniture.
Anyway can someone tell me what happens to the waste by product of all the things that are recycled?
