Billy Joel Selling Two Hamptons Homes

Billy Joel and his third wife, Katie Lee Joel, announced that they were divorcing in June 2009, so it's not surprising that they have put their side-by-side beachfront estates in the Hamptons on the market. According to preposterously well-informed scouts at The Real Estalker, Joel is trying to unload the two homes for $22.5 million and $12.5 million--a lot more than the $28 million and change he paid for both in 2007.
